To print a document:1. From the Menu Bar, click File/Print. While a document is printing, a printer icon appears next to the clock on theTaskbar. When this icon disappears, your document has finished printing.Saving a Document1. On the File menu, click one of the following:SaveSaves and allows you to name the current document if it is untitled.Save AsAllows you to save the current document with a different name or extension.Save AllAllows you to save, one after another, all open documents.Save to RemoteSaves the document back to its original location on the server. This feature can only be used when CuteHTML is accessed from CuteFTP.Save all to Remote Saves all open documents back to their original location on the server. This feature can only be used when CuteHTML is accessed from CuteFTP. 2. Type the name of the document in the File Name field. 3. Click the Save button to save the document.Closing a DocumentTo close a document1. From the Menu Bar, click File/Close.If your document has unsaved changes, a prompt to save your document will appear. Click Yes to save the document. Click No to exit without saving the document or changes. Click Cancel to return to the document without saving the document or changes.To close all open documents1. From the Menu Bar, click File/Close All.All open documents will close one-by-one. If changes have been made, you will be prompted to save the document before closing.NOTE: Each open document is represented by a tab along the bottom of the HTML screen. Red lettering indicates the document has not been saved. Lettering becomes black when the document is saved.Undo/RedoTo Undo a changeClick on Edit then Undo (curved arrow pointing left) from the Menu Bar or click the Undo icon on the Tool Bar.To Redo a changeClick on Edit then Redo (curved arrow pointing right) from the Menu Bar or click the Redo icon on the Tool Bar.You may click Undo or Redo an unlimited number of times until the change returns to the point you want to keep.CuteHTML v2.0 Users Guide5
