MM1079-01 48 Chapter 8 Add a Store You can add a store with the Create Store Wizard, or you can click on the Add
Store link under Stores on the menu. When you choose the Add Store link the
following screen is displayed. There are five tabs in this screen. License Tab The License tab is displayed as the default. Enter the new license number for the
store, and click on Identification. Identification Tab Manager A manager can be any user previously setup by an administrator.
1. Click the Lookup button to choose one of the existing users.
2. Click on the user lookup or type the user name in manually.
Store managers have full access to store administration. A store manager does
not have access to the administration of the Miva Merchant system, unless they
were assigned as Administrator when added as a user. Store Code An identifier for your store that is used by Miva Merchant on the command line as
it constructs URLs to its different screens. Keep this short and easy to recognize.
