Miva Order 1.15 User Manual 2 1 - About This Guide • Securely gather customer payment information.
When Miva Order administration is accessed through your secure server, you
can get your customer’s credit card or other payment information for off-line or
on-line processing. Easy order batching lets you group your orders however
you wish. You may also run a report showing all orders in a certain batch and
easily save the report to your local computer or print the report. Requirements In order to put your order form on the Web, you must have access to an account
with an Internet Hosting Provider (IHP). Most IHPs provide you with browser
software to access the World Wide Web (WWW), and space on their server to put
your Web site and order form. Since Miva Order fully resides on your server in
your Web site account, you can access the Miva Order administration system
from anywhere that you have Internet access. This means you can perform all the
operations of maintaining your product’s order form from virtually anywhere in the
world. You will need adequate RAM on your computer to store data files only if
you wish to have backup files on your local system. How This Manual Is Structured This manual covers the basic topics that you will need to be able to create and
manage your order form with Miva Order.
