Highlights of RFC 959 WS_FTP Pro L = Local byte size (files that need to be transferred using specific
non-standard size bytes)
The default representation type is ASCII Non-print. USER (USER NAME)       USER <SP> <username> <CRLF>
The argument field is a Telnet string identifying the user. The user
identification is that which is required by the server for access to its
file system.
FTP Replies In the protocol conversation between an FTP client (such as WS_FTP Pro)
and an FTP server, at least one server reply is sent to the FTP client in
response to an FTP command. A reply consists of a three-digit code,
followed by one line of text, and terminated by the Telnet end-of-line code.
Positive Preliminary Replies These types of replies indicate that the requested action was taken and that
another reply is to follow.
110   Restart marker reply. 120   Service ready in nnn minutes. 125   Data connection already open; transfer starting. 150   File status okay; about to open data connection. Positive Completion Replies These type of replies indicate that the requested action was taken and
that the server is awaiting another command.
200   Command okay. 202   Command not implemented, superfluous at this site. 211   System status, or system help reply. 212   Directory status. 213   File status. 214   Help message on how to use the server or the meaning of a particular non-standard command. This reply is useful only to the human user. 215   NAME system type. Where NAME is an official system name.
